Accessibility Access is satisfactory at most venues for anyone incapacitated in any way. However, a few of the older buildings inevitably present some obstacles and the terrain in Criccieth is also quite hilly in parts.
Some seats at concerts are up stairs which may also be steep. It is advisable to check this when booking, so that needs can be met wherever possible. Advice is available at the Festival Office and the Box Office for patrons unfamiliar with the venues. It would be very helpful if wheelchair users could book in advance and inform the Box Office of their special needs. The Festival will be glad to assist patrons wherever possible.
Toilets There are disabled toilets at the Memorial Hall and the three public conveniences in the town (central town car park, Stanley Road/rear of Marine Terrace and the Esplanade respectively). Parking Carers and blue permit holders are advised to park in the designated area in front of the Memorial Hall. Parking elsewhere is limited and it is quite a distance to any of the public car parks although the council does waiver parking fees. Warning! Make sure permits are correctly displayed.
